Huawei has no match when it comes to better hardware with optimized OS. Huawei Y5 was no exception so as Huawei Y6 especially in terms of RAM and ROM, still both managed to perform well in terms of sales. Thanks to Huawei name which has enough concreteness in terms of what it provides to its customers. The very mid-range phones have managed to go as far as they can with their customers with some great reviews. Though the screen resolution sector sometimes become a problem but Huawei is adamant to its rules of making low resolution screens with high OS performance that sums up all the conditions.
The stylish, efficient and awesome. These are the three words that define the current Y6. It has 5-inch IPS display which is feasible for watching HD videos and playing games. The back cover is patterned with screen covering 70% of front, the usual style of Huawei to have more screen-to-body ratio. The screen has few touch to response issues and even problem while viewing with different angles but overall it has a good resolution for playing games. The device is just 8.5 mm thick which makes it ultimately handy and catchy handset. It weighs almost 155 grams which makes it a bit heavy.
Huawei Y6 runs on a powerful and fast Snapdragon 8209 SoC with 1.1 GHz Quad core Processor. Huawei could have issues like other QUALCOMM powered devices, though the Huawei has a Quad Core processor with four Cortex-A7 cores at 1.9 GHz. Further, it operates at 1GB RAM with 8GB internal memory. It also gets heat up when used at top frequency. Also it does get heat up in normal use even with normal tasks such as updating apps. So keep in mind before purchase, if these things bother you.
Camera-wise, it has an 8MP rear camera with AF and 720p recording. It has a sharp LED with geo-tagging option. The LED helps taking better images at dark places or with low-light impact. The camera has different modes like the Panorama, HDR, All-focus, Best photo, and Watermark. Further the Y6 carries a 2MP front facer. There are three modes available for front camera; that are Panorama, watermark, and mirror. It is powered by 2200mAh long-lasting battery that performs well in all modes. Even you can run hefty videos and games for longer times with this king of battery, you all know how good Huawei is at keeping and charging batteries. It uses Android 5.1 Lollipop with EXUI 2.0 on top. Again providing an amazing experience of OS with ordinary but quick innards.
Overall, an amazing deal to buy.
